I really like the machine. It took a few calls and emails to get access and other items to get things working properly. Overall Customer service and the Machine are good!
This is my second machine from Sii. I love my Multi-needle! Granted help desk sometimes is lacking but Honestly I rarely have any issues ever. iT WORKS AMAZING! I highly recommend Sales Rep Holly Cook! She is absolutely the best with both purchases over the last 4 years!
I have a two head machine but found myself turning off 1 head to do more personalized items. The SWF/MAS-12 was the answer to my production. I watched all videos Sii offered on the product before buying, then watched them again when the item was shipped. Upon arrival, I had the machine up and running within 2 hours of opening the box. It has been a fantastic machine and could definitely see myself buying another to run two personalized jobs at 1 time.
I have worked as a graphic designer for over 20 years, I have been screenprinting for over 10. Like anything new, there is a learning curve, but with proper research and skills, you too can learn to embroider. A machine does what you tell it to. Tell it to do the right things and you will go far.
