Gunold offers three thicknesses of Solvy backing including our 40mm Super Solvy backing. This thicker Solvy is often used for ideal free standing embroidery projects. Super Solvy, like the other Solvy toppings is water soluble. Simply pull the leftover backing from the edges and spray the remnants away with water or by dabbing with a wet cloth or Q-tip.
